Our review
AO Tennis 2, developed by Big Ant Studios, attempts to deliver a comprehensive tennis simulation, and while it takes some strides forward from its predecessor, it ultimately falls short of being a truly compelling experience. The core gameplay loop can be engaging at times, offering a decent variety of shots and strategic depth, especially when mastering the timing mechanics. However, inconsistency in player movement, ball physics, and AI behavior often leads to frustrating and unrealistic moments. The career mode is a highlight, providing a deep and customizable journey for your created player, with off-court activities and rivalries adding a layer of immersion.
